This position serves as a vital link between our engineering operations and guest satisfaction. You will be responsible for responding to and resolving guest repair requests with minimal supervision, ensuring that maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally. Your day will involve a blend of hands-on technical work and proactive facility management, from performing preventive maintenance on tools and equipment to troubleshooting complex Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
You will act as a mentor to junior engineers and may assume Engineer on Duty responsibilities, including conducting rounds and managing shift communications. Beyond technical repairs, you will play a key role in the guest experience by welcoming visitors, anticipating service needs, and assisting individuals with disabilities. You will also be expected to maintain a professional appearance, adhere to strict safety and security policies, and foster positive working relationships across the team to reach common goals.

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent and vocational or technical background. Experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting. At least 2 years of hotel engineering/maintenance experience. Valid Driver's License.
