About the Role

In this on-site position, you will be the backbone of our property's daily operations. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life-safety equipment. Your day will involve responding quickly to work orders, diagnosing issues, and completing high-quality repairs with minimal disruption to our guests.

Beyond immediate repairs, you will help execute asset-protection and energy-efficiency initiatives, maintain accurate maintenance records, and support small renovation projects. This role offers a clear pathway for developing your technical skills while contributing to a sustainable and safe environment for everyone.
