About the Role
Marriott is seeking an entry-level Engineer 1 to support facilities and maintenance operations within our hospitality environment. In this on-site role, you will perform routine and preventive maintenance on guest rooms, public spaces, and building systems. You will assist with basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and life-safety tasks, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our guests and team members.
Working within Marriott's people-first culture, you will respond promptly to work orders and guest requests, troubleshooting minor issues and escalating complex problems as needed. This position offers significant training and growth opportunities, allowing you to positively impact guest comfort and safety every day while collaborating with Engineering and Facilities teams on projects and vendor-supported repairs.

Key Responsibilities
