About the Role
As a Maintenance Electromechanic, you will be a critical part of our team dedicated to keeping our operations running smoothly. This role is designed to ensure the reliability of our equipment through proactive care and rapid response. You will execute preventative maintenance programs, diagnose problems, and repair or replace parts to avoid prolonged shutdowns. Your work will directly support process improvements that drive lower production costs and higher maintenance efficiency.
In this position, you will utilize a variety of hand and power tools, electrical equipment, and material handling machinery. You will work closely with automated control systems and adhere to good manufacturing practices. The role requires a high degree of adaptability, as you may be asked to perform a variety of duties across different departments. You will also play a key role in controlling the budget for materials and spare parts, ensuring resources are used effectively.

Requirements

- verifiedAutoCAD, PLC, SolidWorks
- verifiedHACCP knowledge

- verifiedExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent education). At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance position or related field.
