The Maintenance Associate plays a vital role in preserving the sanctity and functionality of the parish facilities. Working in partnership with the Maintenance Engineer, this position ensures that the church, offices, and grounds remain clean, secure, and well-maintained. The role is essential for creating a safe and inviting atmosphere for worship, community events, and daily operations.
This is a full-time, 40-hour per week non-exempt position. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with parish staff. While the role involves routine custodial duties such as cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and grounds, it also requires the flexibility to assist with event setups, handle light skilled labor projects like painting or carpentry, and manage building security.
