Mailroom Quality Assurance/ Track and Trace Lead

About the Role

Tekpro Support Service is seeking a Mailroom Quality Assurance/Track and Trace Lead to oversee and manage quality control functions for a high-security mailroom operation at FBI HQ in Washington, DC. Reporting to the Deputy Program Manager, this role is critical for ensuring successful production flow and processing across all internal departments. The position serves as a bridge between technical knowledge and client service, providing the best possible support for both internal and external stakeholders.

In this capacity, you will manage the interface of key activities within the organization, performing physical audits and quality control checks on a significant volume of packages. The role involves deep causative research on missing, lost, or stolen mail products and maintaining rigorous documentation to meet strict security compliance and audit control standards. While the work is performed with a moderate degree of supervision, the ideal candidate will be self-motivated, capable of strategically prioritizing multiple tasks, and able to influence co-workers to maintain high standards of service.

Work Environment

This position operates within a non-climate controlled warehouse environment where the noise level is usually moderate. The role involves regular exposure to moving packages and requires the ability to work effectively in a high-volume facility.
