About the Role
CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Mail Order Pharmacy Technician Team Lead to guide a high-performing team dedicated to the safe and timely delivery of medications to patients in their homes. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between clinical care and operational execution, ensuring that every prescription reaches the right patient with the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
In this position, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mail-order prescriptions, from order entry and verification to filling, packaging, and shipment. Beyond managing daily workflows, you will serve as a mentor to your team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and patient-centric care. You will collaborate closely with pharmacists, nurses, and home health clinicians to support comprehensive patient care plans and resolve escalated issues related to medication delivery.
The ideal candidate brings a passion for improving patient outcomes at home, combined with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in pharmacy operations.
