Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician

About the Role

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of essential medications to home health patients. This role is vital to our mission of providing compassionate, patient-centered care directly in the home. You will serve as a critical link between our pharmacy operations and the patients who rely on us, processing prescriptions, filling and packaging medications, and managing mail shipments while upholding strict safety, quality, and HIPAA standards.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with pharmacists, nurses, and care teams to resolve order issues and ensure seamless therapy delivery. Your day will involve processing incoming prescriptions, verifying patient information and dosages, and coordinating with clinical staff for necessary clarifications. Beyond the technical aspects of dispensing and inventory management, you will also assist patients and clinicians via phone regarding orders and shipment status, ensuring a supportive experience for everyone involved.
