About the Role

Quad is seeking a Machinist to join our team, responsible for machining, repairing, replacing, prototyping, and producing parts. This role is vital to maintaining our high-quality standards and ensuring that prototype, replacement, and production parts meet specific tolerance requirements. The Machinist will actively participate in the organization's Managing for Daily Improvement efforts, applying their knowledge of tooling, speeds, and feeds to perform work in accordance with company standards.

In this position, you will utilize measuring equipment and blueprints to inspect parts and make or repair them based on samples, prints, or verbal instructions. You will be expected to operate CNC and manual mills and lathes, as well as other miscellaneous machines, to execute these tasks effectively.
