The wood processing team is the backbone of our manufacturing facilities, converting raw lumber into high-quality machined wood components used in the production of windows and doors. We blend innovative robotics with equipment that has stood the test of time, creating a unique environment where advanced technology meets original machinery.

About the Role

As a Machine Operator on the wood processing team, you will play a vital role in producing high-quality wood products. This hands-on position combines the precision of modern manufacturing with the reliability of vintage equipment. Your day will involve operating a range of wood manufacturing tools, setting up accurate machining processes using high-performance software, and managing the flow of materials from raw stock to finished parts.

Safety is deeply embedded in every aspect of our training and daily operations. The first six months of your journey include an apprentice-style training program focused on hands-on experience. This approach is designed to build a strong foundation for safe practices and long-term success.
