The wood processing team converts raw lumber into high-quality machined wood components used in the production of windows and doors across our facilities. We are a community full of opportunities where individuals can grow their careers within a supportive, development-focused environment.

About the Role

This Machine Operator position combines innovative robotics with equipment that has stood the test of time. You will use a combination of advanced technology and original machinery to produce high-quality wood products. Safety is a top priority and is deeply embedded in every aspect of the training and daily operations.

The first six months include an apprentice-style training program focused on hands-on experience with wood processing equipment. This approach builds a strong foundation for safe practices and long-term success. You will operate a range of vintage and modern wood manufacturing equipment with a strong focus on safety and precision, using high-performance software to set up accurate and efficient machining processes. The role involves handling the flow of materials by offloading completed parts and inputting wood stock, while monitoring equipment performance to proactively respond to changes and maintain quality.
