About the Role

This position serves as a vital link in the manufacturing of large window and glass units. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will operate specialized fabrication equipment to bend and cut metal components, ensuring precise measurements and high-quality output in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The role is designed for individuals with strong mechanical aptitude who thrive on interpreting digital drawings and managing the setup and operation of complex machinery.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of production runs, from loading and modifying computer-based programs to performing manual adjustments for non-repetitive parts. Success in this role requires a keen eye for detail to verify dimensions using precision instruments and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards while handling heavy materials with overhead cranes and hoists.
