About the Role

HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Engineering Technician to join our team in Crane, IN. In this role, you will support the System Prototyping and Manufacturing of various components within a fast-paced, cutting-edge environment alongside a small engineering team.

You will be an integral part of our manufacturing operations, programming, setting up, and operating various manual and CNC machining equipment, including 5-axis mills. Your work will involve inspecting and documenting parts under ISO 9001 requirements using precision inspection equipment, while maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work area. This position offers the opportunity to learn and utilize various fabrication equipment, including forklift training and operation, contributing to the development of sensitive missions for U.S. military and federal agency partners.
