About the Role

Northrop Grumman Space Systems has an opening for a Final Assembly Inspector (Level 3 or 4) to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This position is fully on-site and does not offer relocation benefits. You will inspect launch vehicle components, parts, and sub-assemblies for operation and conformance to government and/or company standards and specifications. Your role involves inspecting adjustments, repairs, or modifications made to these components and final products. You will verify compliance with quality procedures and specifications, such as auditing ISO 9001/AS 9100, and monitor quality in accordance with statistical process controls. Additionally, you may communicate directly with customers to ensure satisfaction and compliance with contractual requirements.

Work Schedule

We operate on a 9/80 schedule, working 9 hours per day from Monday through Thursday, 8 hours every other Friday, with the alternate Friday off.
