About the Role

This position serves as a critical technical escalation point for Tier 2 subject matter experts, providing advanced analysis and solutions for complex issues within our drilling systems. You will act as a bridge between field operations and engineering, ensuring the reliability and performance of our equipment through deep technical analysis and strategic improvements.

In this role, you will collaborate with multinational teams across different time zones to evaluate product maintenance, design, and performance. Your work will directly influence new product development and cost optimization initiatives. You will also lead training and competency development for Tier 2 personnel, ensuring global teams are equipped to handle advanced technical challenges. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying product reliability trends and providing actionable feedback to engineering teams to drive continuous improvement.
