About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help build and scale a modern enterprise ML and Data Platform. This role sits at the intersection of data engineering and machine learning, requiring hands-on expertise in Azure Databricks, Python model development, and Medallion Architecture.
You will work directly with business stakeholders, architects, and executive leadership teams to translate complex business requirements into scalable solutions. The position demands strong business acumen and communication skills, as you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical execution and strategic business outcomes.
Day in the Life
Your work will focus on the evolution of the organization's ML & Data Platform. You will design and operationalize Bronze, Silver, and Gold data flows to support advanced analytics and machine learning workloads. A significant portion of your time will be spent building and maintaining Enterprise Feature Stores and production-grade ML-ready datasets.
You will collaborate closely with Data Engineering, Analytics, Product, and Business teams to deliver enterprise-scale solutions. Beyond development, you will mentor technical teams, establish coding standards, and drive innovation through AI and predictive modeling initiatives. Ensuring data quality, lineage, governance, and security across the platform will be a core part of your daily responsibilities.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Azure Cloud Services and enterprise cloud architecture experience. Experience with Power BI, DAX, semantic models, dashboards, and analytics reporting. Familiarity with GIS technologies. Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and advanced machine learning techniques. Experience with model monitoring, drift detection, ML observability, and governance frameworks. Strong tenure and stability in prior positions.
