About the Role
Highland Homes is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help build and scale a modern enterprise ML and Data Platform. This role is designed for a leader with strong Data Engineering and MLOps expertise who can bridge the gap between raw data and actionable AI insights. You will be instrumental in designing ML-ready data architectures and implementing Medallion Architecture (Bronze/Silver/Gold) to ensure data quality and accessibility across the organization.
In this position, you will develop scalable machine learning solutions using Azure Databricks, Python, and SQL. Your day-to-day will involve building and optimizing end-to-end data pipelines, establishing engineering standards, and mentoring teams to foster a culture of technical excellence. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and engineering groups to support advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and enterprise AI initiatives.
