About the Role
Maxim Healthcare in West Covina is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled nursing care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their own homes. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care according to prescribed orders. You will be responsible for identifying signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in a patient's condition, collecting and analyzing data from healthcare team members, and documenting actual or potential nursing diagnoses.
