About the Role

Maxim Healthcare in Decatur is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. This position focuses on delivering personalized care for patients requiring specialized support, including GTube and Trach management.

The role operates on an overnight schedule and is available as a PRN (as needed) position. As an LPN with Maxim, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring all services align with prescribed orders. You will be responsible for identifying physiologic and psychosocial changes in patient conditions, collecting and analyzing data, and documenting nursing diagnoses to support the patient's well-being.

Hiring Process

To apply, please submit your current LPN/LVN license, proof of a current TB test or Chest X-Ray, and a valid BLS card. Candidates with one year of prior professional nursing experience are preferred.
