About the Role

Maxim Healthcare in Virginia Beach is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and provide safe, patient-centered care in the home setting. In this role, you will work with pediatric and/or adult patients, specifically addressing complex needs such as G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator care. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of those you serve.

You will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care on each assignment. Your responsibilities include providing skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders, assessing signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, and collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from healthcare members to document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Locations and Schedule

This position is available in the following locations:

• Norfolk
• Portsmouth
• Chesapeake

Shifts include Days, Overnights, and Weekends.
