About the Role
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, providing skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders. You will assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition, collecting and analyzing data to document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
While G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator experience is preferred, select training is offered to support your growth. Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience with G-tube, tracheostomy, and ventilator care. One year of prior professional nursing experience.
