The Clinical Care Leader (CCL) serves as a vital link in our continuum of care, utilizing the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care in the home setting. You will collaborate with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
In this role, you will assume overall nursing accountability for resident assignments, effectively delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel, and serve in leadership roles on departmental and organizational task forces. You will leverage technology to enhance quality care and apply strong clinical reasoning to analyze data and respond to changing situations. The position requires demonstrating competency within the full scope of nursing expertise, adhering to the Sanford Professional Nursing Practice, the Scope and Standards of Practice, and the Code of Ethics for Nurses.
Located in Mandan, ND, the Good Samaritan Society – Mandan Sunset is a 128-bed facility offering long-term care, skilled nursing services, in-house dialysis, post-acute care, and restorative therapy.
