This Full-time Clinical Care Leader (CCL) opportunity serves as a pivotal leadership role within the long-term care department. You will utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care, collaborating with inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate resident health outcomes. The role involves documenting resident history, symptoms, and medications in compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
In this position, you will leverage technology to enhance care quality, effectively delegate to and supervise unlicensed personnel, and assume overall nursing accountability for resident assignments. You will also serve in leadership roles on departmental and organizational task forces and committees. Success in this role requires strong clinical reasoning and critical thinking to analyze data and respond to changing situations, alongside effective communication skills to resolve conflicts and collaborate with peers, families, and residents.
