About the Role

As a Lube Technician, you will be the frontline of our express service operations. Your primary mission is to perform high-quality express lube duties, ensuring vehicles are serviced quickly and accurately according to strict company guidelines. You will be responsible for executing oil and filter changes, lubricating critical vehicle joints, and conducting comprehensive fluid checks including battery, tire pressure, coolant, and transmission fluids.

Beyond the technical tasks, you play a vital role in the customer experience. You will interact frequently with service advisors and the service manager, reporting necessary repairs and ensuring vehicles are clean and free of residue before release. Maintaining our CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) at or above company standards is a key part of your daily success.

Work Environment

This role is performed primarily in the service area. The position involves active movement around vehicles, working in various physical positions, and the safe operation of power tools and test equipment. Technicians may be exposed to typical service conditions, including loud noise, vibration, and exhaust fumes. The ability to lift up to 25 pounds and maintain physical stamina throughout the shift is required.
