What You’ll Do
As a Lube Technician, you’ll be the heart of our operation, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and a perfectly serviced vehicle. You will engage with customers to recommend the best oil and services for their needs, maintaining a clean, safe, and professional work environment. You will also assist with opening and closing procedures and promote our brand with pride. Occasionally, you may hold signs to attract customers and bring energy to the shop!
Work Environment
You’ll work in a dynamic shop environment with exposure to hot and cold temperatures, loud noises, and exhaust fumes. It’s a hands-on role that keeps you moving and engaged. You will be comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds, while multitasking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive, fast-paced movements.
