About the Role
Gifted Healthcare is seeking an LTAC Registered Nurse to provide expert care to medically complex, long-term acute care patients. In this role, you will serve as a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians and therapists to develop and implement individualized care plans. Your day-to-day involves performing comprehensive assessments, managing ventilators and IVs, and responding quickly to changes in patient conditions to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Beyond clinical duties, you will play a key educational role, guiding patients and their families through complex conditions, treatments, and discharge goals.
