About the Role

As an LPN Wellness Nurse, you will join a family of caregivers committed to enhancing the lives of our residents. In this role, you will partner with the Resident Services Director to oversee the implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services at the community. You will serve as a vital link between residents, their families, and physicians, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and care quality.

Your day-to-day involves supervising the Resident Services Department, including Certified Nursing Assistants, and managing the medication program to assist residents with self-administration. You will support clinical assessments, recertifications, and service plans while providing coaching and mentoring to your team. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a supportive environment where your work directly impacts the well-being of seniors.

Schedule

This full-time position is based in Cuyahoga Falls, OH, with a flexible schedule consisting of two day shifts per week (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM) and one night shift per week (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
