About the Role
Our community setting offers a relaxing change from a hectic hospital environment. Here at SRG, you have the chance to get to know your patients; our residents count on the LPN to provide compassionate care. You will provide residents with nursing services in accordance with physician's orders, focusing on delivering nursing service duties while providing oversight to the resident care and Medication Management Program.
