As a Wellness Nurse Supervisor, you will partner with the Resident Services Director to lead the implementation, delivery, and coordination of Resident Care Services at the community. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standard of care that defines our communities, ensuring that every resident receives personalized attention while supporting the growth and development of the Resident Services team.
You will serve as a key liaison between residents, their families, and physicians, fostering positive relationships that enhance the resident experience. Your day will involve coaching and mentoring associates, assisting with clinical assessments, and ensuring the smooth operation of the medication program. By supporting the hiring and training of new staff, you will help cultivate a team dedicated to excellence.
