This role offers a unique opportunity to help restore patients' lives after injury within a highly skilled environment. You will provide nursing care based on the nursing process and hospital standards, acting as a patient advocate to orient patients and families to their surroundings. Your day will involve collecting assessment data, evaluating patient responses to care, and documenting delivery of services while effectively responding to emergency situations. You will serve as a role model to other members of the patient care team, demonstrating positive interpersonal skills and meeting patient educational needs.
