About the Role
As a Full-Time Days Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at our Sioux Falls facility, you will provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages in a long-term care setting. Working under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician, you will ensure the health, comfort, and safety of our residents.
Your day involves administering medications and treatments as ordered, documenting resident interactions and outcomes, and counseling residents and their families on prevention and treatment plans. You will utilize your nursing expertise to evaluate resident status, recognize problems, and respond effectively to emergent situations. As a key member of an interdisciplinary care team, you will establish effective working relationships with healthcare providers, supportive personnel, and the public while maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information.

- verifiedAnnual continuing education units (CEU) and competency training
