LPN - Corrections

Health Advocates Network is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to support patient care at a Correctional Institution in Salisbury, North Carolina. This is a registry position designed to provide flexible scheduling options for qualified professionals.

Two shift options are available to accommodate different schedules: 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM or 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. In this role, you will administer nursing care to ill, injured, or disabled patients, monitor and report changes in patient symptoms or behavior, and communicate with collaborating physicians regarding patient care. You will also maintain accurate medical records, provide companionship and basic care, and administer prescribed medications.

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse, a valid and current LPN license issued by the state of North Carolina, and a valid CPR card from the American Heart Association. Proficiency in the English language is required for effective oral and written communication with staff and patients.
