About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing patient outcomes and promoting wellness. Your day will involve providing basic nursing care under the direction of registered nurses and doctors, monitoring and recording vital signs, administering medications, and ensuring accurate documentation. Beyond clinical duties, you will be a vital voice for patient education, helping patients and families understand their health conditions and treatment options. Success in this position requires the ability to report patient status and concerns promptly while maintaining compassion and patience in challenging situations.
