About the Role
This position supports the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by serving as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty. You will wear a body-worn camera and exercise sound judgment to ensure the safety of yourself, others, and the protection of the Company brand. A key part of your day involves maintaining a strong partnership with store teams to support a positive customer shopping experience.
You will act as the first point of contact at the front of the store, greeting customers with courtesy and respect. Your day-to-day responsibilities include observing the store environment, reporting suspicious behavior to Loss Prevention or management, and performing closing safety sweeps with store leadership. By adhering to company policies and maintaining a professional stance, you help uphold the culture and values of the Marshalls team.
