About the Role
The Logistics Associate 2 is a vital member of the operations team, dedicated to meeting delivery and kitting requirements while ensuring the smooth flow of inventory. This role exists to bridge the gap between receiving and customer delivery, handling the end-to-end movement of materials with a focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.
In this position, you will work independently, with specific direction, or as part of a collaborative team. Your day involves receiving, storing, handling, and shipping products, as well as preparing them for customer delivery. You will be expected to model the company's mission and core business values daily, collaborating with internal and external resources to drive continuous self-development and operational success.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform initial quality checks on materials upon arrival to ensure they meet specifications
- check_circleTransport materials between areas using carts, tuggers, forklifts, and other devices
- check_circleMaintain inventory control through stock organization, maintenance checks, and parts issuance
- check_circleDevelop and execute documentation for outbound shipments including parts and customer kits
- check_circleMaintain and define kitting processes and best practices for operations and external customers
- check_circlePerform equipment and work area maintenance through regular Operator Performed Maintenance checks
- check_circleCommunicate job progress, issues, and solutions to the team to minimize operational variances
- check_circleAdhere to all safety policies and report near misses or incidents immediately
- check_circleReceive, store, and handle inbound materials while verifying part numbers and quantities
- check_circleLocate and stage parts and finished products for shipment to satisfy customer requirements
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or equivalent
- verifiedMinimum of two years of work related experience preferred
- verifiedPrior Material Tracking System (MTS) experience preferred
- verifiedAbility to operate a conventional forklift
Nice to Have
Minimum of two years of work related experience in warehouse or inventory control. Prior Material Tracking System (MTS) experience.
