About the Role

This position offers a clinic-based role with no call requirements, featuring flexible 4x10 or 5x10 schedules. The role involves managing 8 to 10 patients per day in a setting that is 80% clinic and 20% hospital. The patient population is 100% adult, with a case mix of 40% hematology and 60% oncology.

You will work within a supportive team consisting of 3.5 RN case managers, 5 assistant case managers, 5 CMAs, and 1.5 nurses. Hospital privileges are required for this position.
