The Assistant Nurse Manager holds the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the nursing administration of a patient care area during an assigned shift. Working under the direction of the Nurse Manager, this role focuses particularly on ensuring the continuity and quality of care. The individual is expected to demonstrate initiative and share responsibility with the management team to meet patient care goals within a designated clinical area. A key part of this position is promoting and supporting team unity and collaboration.
