As an Experienced RN Manager for Acute Care Clinical Services at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center, you will lead the day-to-day clinical operations of your department. Your mission is to uphold nursing practice standards and the nursing code of ethics, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality, safe patient care. You will serve as a vital resource for physicians and staff, representing the OU Health nursing body while collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive quality outcomes.

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) based at the University of Oklahoma Medical Center in the Professional Office Building. The role operates on the night shift and includes on-call responsibilities for the departments you lead. You should expect rotating after-hours, weekend, and holiday coverage. As a leader in an academic medical center, you will navigate complex service-line structures and institutional governance to make strategic decisions that mitigate bias and promote a culture of safety and civility.
