In this assignment, you will split your time between two hospitals, managing a caseload of 3 to 5 pediatric patients per day. Your responsibilities will include admitting and discharging patients, handling ER consults, and providing care in a Level I nursery. You will also be involved in C-sections and deliveries, with coverage required for patients 34 weeks and up. The position operates on a 7 am to 7 am shift schedule with 24-hour call coverage, and LP procedures may be required. NRP certification is mandatory for this role.
