About the Position
Adelphi Locums is seeking a Doctor of Medicine specializing in Hematology and Oncology to join a physician practice in Biddeford, Maine. This locum tenens opportunity offers a competitive weekly pay package and covers travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance.
Role Context
This role serves as a supplemental clinical resource within an outpatient setting. The physician will manage a patient volume of 10–15 adults, working alongside two Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) and utilizing the Epic electronic medical record system. The position requires coverage from Tuesday through Friday with 8-hour shifts, starting as soon as possible on an ongoing basis.
Requirements
Candidates must hold an active Maine medical license or be eligible through the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), possess Board Certification (BC), and provide a clean NPDB report. Additionally, proof of Covid and Flu vaccination is required.
