As a Nurse Practitioner in Neurosurgery, you will manage ICU, Stepdown, and floor patient care. Your day-to-day responsibilities include conducting daily rounds, handling consults, and managing admissions and discharges. The position operates on a rotating schedule of 3 days per week with 12-hour shifts, covering nights, weekends, and holidays.
