We are seeking a full-time, year-round heavy hauling driver to operate dump and/or flatbed trailers. This position is ideal for drivers who enjoy the rhythm of consistent, local routes with the flexibility of occasional over-the-road (OTR) opportunities. During the busy spring and summer months, the OTR component may require roughly two overnights per week, with occasional overnights possible during the winter.
As a Company Driver (W2, Solo), you will focus on live hauls, managing dump and flatbed trailers without the need for driver load or unload duties. Approximately 50% of your time will involve tarping operations. You can expect a day shift schedule with an average of 1,800 to 2,600 miles per week. Our home time structure is designed to support work-life balance, featuring a 5 days on, 2 days off rotation and a commitment to having you home for at least three weekends per month.
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid Class A license without restrictions (specifically no L, Z, O, or Air Brakes restrictions) and have at least 12 months of heavy haul experience. A clean driving record, successful drug test, and a valid DOT Medical Card are required.
