Heritage Bank is a community-focused financial institution dedicated to serving the commercial lending needs of our region. Our Seattle Commercial Lending team is built on a foundation of relationship building, ensuring that every client receives personalized service from origination through closing. We strive to balance high-quality service with strict adherence to compliance and operational excellence.

Your day will involve gathering credit history, assembling closing documents, and managing complex reporting requirements. You will act as a gatekeeper for accuracy, reviewing files for completeness and alerting bankers to any issues before they reach management. Beyond administrative tasks, you will collaborate closely with bankers to track client relationships, analyze financial information, and identify potential sales opportunities. This role requires a high level of autonomy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where attention to detail is paramount.
