About the Role

As a Loan Sales Specialist, you will empower customers by listening to their needs and providing access to friendly, fast, and affordable financing for life’s expenses. In this position, you will engage with customers throughout the loan process and life cycle, presenting tailored solutions based on their unique needs. You will manage the lifecycle of loans, including collections activities, while ensuring strict compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Your day will involve educating customers on loan terms and optional insurance products, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their options. You will also collaborate with other departments through multiple technological channels, including phone, email, and chat.

How to Apply
