About the Role
As a compassionate LNA/MNA, you will be the heart of our daily operations, providing direct care that extends beyond physical needs to include emotional support and companionship. This role exists to ensure residents maintain their independence and well-being through assistance with activities of daily living, safe mobility, and accurate health monitoring. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of nurses and therapists to implement individual care plans, fostering a sense of community and trust.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct, person-centered care including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- check_circleSupport residents with safe ambulation, transfers, and repositioning using proper body mechanics
- check_circleAssist with medication-related tasks in accordance with MNA scope of practice and facility policies
- check_circleMaintain accurate, timely documentation of care provided and observations in medical records
- check_circleFollow infection control protocols and standard precautions to ensure a safe environment
- check_circleProvide compassionate emotional support, companionship, and reassurance to residents
- check_circleCollaborate with nurses and therapists to support individual resident care plans
- check_circleAssist with meal set-up, feeding support, and monitoring intake to promote adequate nutrition
- check_circleMonitor, measure, and record vital signs while promptly reporting changes in resident condition
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification or equivalent state license
- verifiedMedication Nursing Assistant (MNA) certification or willingness to obtain per state regulations
- verifiedCurrent CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
- verifiedAbility to meet state and facility requirements for background checks and health screenings (including TB testing)
