About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated LNA/MNA for our 3rd shift to provide compassionate, person-centered care within our assisted living and nursing care settings. In this role, you will be an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, collaborating to ensure high-quality care that honors the unique needs of every resident.
Your day will involve supporting residents through activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and privacy while delivering emotional support. You will work closely with nurses and healthcare staff to maintain a safe environment, prioritizing fall prevention and responding promptly to resident requests. This position is ideal for someone who values a collaborative, learning-focused work environment and is passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.
