About the Role
Join RiverWoods Exeter as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA) to provide compassionate evening care to residents in our continuing care retirement community. This full-time position is dedicated to supporting the dignity, comfort, and wellness of older adults during the 3 PM to 11 PM shift.
In this role, you will be the vital link between residents and the nursing team, ensuring a safe and respectful environment. You will collaborate closely with nurses, therapists, and interdisciplinary members to promote a homelike atmosphere. Your day will involve building supportive relationships with residents and their families, demonstrating patience and empathy in every interaction while assisting with evening routines and bedtime preparation.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide hands-on assistance with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- check_circleAdminister medications within LNA/MNA scope of practice following state regulations and facility procedures
- check_circleMonitor and record vital signs and report changes in resident conditions to licensed nursing staff
- check_circleSupport residents with safe transfers, ambulation, and use of assistive devices using proper body mechanics

Requirements
- verifiedActive Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in state of practice
- verifiedMedication Nursing Assistant (MNA) certification or equivalent medication administration credential as required by state
- verifiedCurrent CPR/BLS certification
- verifiedAbility to meet state background check and health/immunization requirements
