RiverWoods Exeter is a continuing care retirement community dedicated to providing a respectful, team-focused environment where seniors can thrive. Our mission is to support the dignity and independence of older adults through compassionate, resident-centered care. We believe that every interaction matters, and we strive to create a community where residents feel safe, valued, and connected.
As a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) or Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA), you will be the heart of our care team, assisting older adults with their daily living activities while ensuring their safety and well-being. This role exists to bridge the gap between medical oversight and personal support, allowing residents to maintain their quality of life with grace.
In your day-to-day, you will collaborate closely with nurses and an interdisciplinary team to implement care plans. Whether you are supporting safe mobility, monitoring vital signs, or administering medications according to established protocols, your work directly impacts the lives of our residents. You will foster a compassionate atmosphere, addressing concerns promptly and communicating respectfully with both residents and their families. Beyond clinical duties, you will participate in ongoing training and quality improvement initiatives, contributing to a culture of continuous growth and excellence.
At RiverWoods Exeter, you are not just an employee; you are a vital part of a meaningful mission. We offer comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities designed to support your career and personal life. This role provides a unique chance to make a tangible, positive impact on seniors' lives every single day within a supportive and collaborative community.

We believe that a diverse team leads to better care and a richer community experience for our residents.
