About the Role
As a Licensed Mental Health Technician (LMHT), you will play a crucial role in our dynamic team by providing direct support to patients and ensuring they receive the highest standard of mental health care. You will work alongside mental health professionals to assist in the delivery of services, engaging in therapeutic activities as directed and monitoring patients' emotional and psychological status.
In this position, you will maintain comprehensive documentation of patient interactions and treatment plans while adhering to strict confidentiality and privacy policies. You will also contribute to team meetings and clinical training sessions to expand your professional knowledge, and assist in crisis interventions under the supervision of a qualified mental health professional.
