About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians to join our Fargo campus. In this role, you will be a vital part of the recovery journey, acting as a liaison between residents and clinical staff while ensuring the safety and security of our facility. You will assist in maintaining a successful residential environment by encouraging and supporting residents through monitoring, observing, and reporting to management.
Your day will involve greeting clients and guests to provide a welcoming professional image, conducting room-to-room checks, and documenting observations to ensure a drug- and alcohol-free living environment. You will also play a key role in safety protocols by performing fire drills, reviewing facility cameras, and managing medication dispensing according to established protocols. Whether you are working day shifts, overnight rotations, or weekends, you will be essential in fostering a culture of encouragement and respect.
